Business Resilience Toolkit

Brought to you by CBB

Community Business Bureau’s (CBB) Business Resilience Toolkit has been designed for small community service organisations across Australia, providing them with content to help them build their business capability and resilience.

Business resilience is a common challenge faced by many organisations. At its core, business resilience is about managing risks and threats to better equip organisations to respond to everything from market changes through to global disasters. Following the events of 2020 and their impact on not for profits, it’s never been more important for organisations to prepare effective strategies and business practices to respond to future challenges.

Developed and delivered by our team the Business Resilience Toolkit covers three areas that are key to developing a resilient organisation: business models, financial management, and risk management.

The toolkit has been especially designed to provide you with self-paced personal development.

Videos

We have produced a Business Resilience Toolkit, including a range of succinct videos to present the key things you need to know about business models, financial management, and risk management. The advice and information in each video is practical and easy to understand, equipping you with the tools to improve the business resilience of your small not for profit.
